From the New Book I'm Working On

Katie glared at him for the longest time. “I don’t want to leave you. I don’t know why. It’s making me feel uncomfortable. I shouldn’t feel this close to a stranger.”

“Do I really feel like a stranger to you? You feel close to me for a reason, Katherine. You know you do.”

Katie felt herself go weak. Her breathing was shallow. She felt a deep seeded yearning that she hadn’t felt before, not even with Brian. Michael was so enchanting.

“I don’t know. I don’t understand,” she said. She was ready to flee.

“You don’t have to understand.”

“You look at me like no one else ever has.”

“That’s because you are bewitching, my radiant angel.  You captivate me like no other. Your dark, brown hair and blue eyes are exquisite, and your figure is so alluring. You tantalize me. But it’s not just that. Our hearts are intertwined with each other’s. We are one. I am your future. I know you feel it.”

“What do you want from me? Why are you here?”

“To make you feel complete again. I can do that. I can make the emptiness you feel inside disappear forever,” he said still looking deep into her eyes, tempting her to be with him, to stay.

Excerpt

“Why are you always there when I turn around?” Katie looked at him, feeling his pull, the connection. It felt so good, and yet, gave her the willies at the same time.

“I like you. I just want to help.” Michael looked at her, holding her attention.

“I like you, too.” She couldn’t help herself. It felt as though she were in a trans when she was with him. It was as if he controlled her feelings, her actions, her thinking.

She watched his chest, his slow breathing, and it was the same as hers. Then he took her hand and placed it on his chest, and her other hand on her chest. Even their heartbeat was the same.

“How are you doing that?” Katie asked.

“We have a bond greater than most.”

“But I don't even know you yet,” she said backing away from him.
“But I know you.”

“Only for a few days. Her voice was soft, barely more than a whisper. She wanted to laugh and cry and run and stay all at the same time.

“I’ve known you longer.” He was so sure of himself.

“I don't understand. Were you watching me?”

“It’s difficult to take my eyes off you, baby. You are beautiful and sweet and fun and hardworking.” She stared at him, trying to figure him out. He was so exciting. He was so frightening.

“I thought I felt your presence even when I couldn’t see you there the last few days. Were you?”

“I’m with you always.” He just kept looking at her. It made it so she couldn’t move. She couldn’t turn away from him.

New Erotic Novel

This is my new novel out at Ravenous Romance.
IT is also at amazon and Barnes and Noble, if you'd rather get it there.

Synopsis

In the small-town store Hallow's Eve, it is always Halloween! In this three-part novel, Jill decides to open the Halloween store and finds love against the odds, but a dark entity that literally flies threatens her and other women in the festive town. Candace gets a special visit from a ghost who wants to go bump in the night, and Sue faces a monster that is all too real, but she soon discovers she might have another beast fighting on her side. Fear and lust prevail over Hallow's Eve, as three women determine their own fates.

I have another coming out in a couple of weeks, which will be an anthology of short erotic stories called "Chance Romance". :) Stay tuned. :)
